We don't use many popular add ins containing a lot of chemicals, preservatives, etc.
Our items may not seem as hip as other bakeries. Our thoughts are to offer absolutely DELICOUS DESSERTS but without going
totally OFF the sugar & health end.

We use these practices:
* Organic, pasture-raised, eggs * REAL butter. * Unbleached all-purpose flour in most desserts. * Gluten-free flours in "Better Choice" items. * NO vegetable or seed oils. * Non-GMO ingredients wherever possible. * Non-GMO, aluminum-free baking powder. * Pink Himalayan salt. * Dairy-free butter in "Better Choice" items. * Ask about almond milk. * Pure & natural sour cream (without additives). * Pure almond extract. * We limit food colorings to frosting decorations upon request. |

We use these organic ingredients:
Eggs, Peanut butter, Coconut oil, Raw filtered Honey, Raisins, Flaxseed meal, Cacao powder, Carrots, Some Greek yogurts, Vanilla extract, Liquid stevia, Applesauce, Maple syrup, Coconut sugar & Dates. Organic, non-GMO, gluten-free oatmeal in our "Better Choice" desserts.
No Sugar desserts (as noted):
* Our no-sugar desserts are sweetened using either:
- Organic liquid stevia.
- Granular allulose.
- Occasional Swerve brand sugar replacement (non-GMO, calorie-free, gluten-free, zero net carbs, diabetes friendly, non-glycemic, keto friendly). "Swerve is made from ingredients found in select fruits and starchy root vegetables, and contains no artificial ingredients, preservatives or flavors."
- Occasional monk fruit/erythritol plant-based sugar alternative (calorie free, gluten-free, keto friendly, zero net carbs, low glycemic index, no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives). "Erythritol is a sugar alcohol found in fruits such as pears, melons, and grapes... derived from the fermentation of glucose from non-GMO corn."
No refined sugar desserts:
* Our low-sugar desserts are sweetened using natural ingredients like Organic coconut sugar, Organic applesauce, Organic honey, Organic date paste or 100% Pure Organic maple syrup.
Low sugar desserts:
* Some desserts contain lower amounts of white cane sugar or coconut sugar.
We NEVER use ANY:
* Trans fats
* High fructose corn syrup
We SPARINGLY use ingredients containing:
It's hard to get free from everything
* Chemicals, preservatives or "natural flavors"
